Keegan Connor Tracy has been a well-known actor in Canada for over a decade, appearing in numerous features and TV series. She is currently portraying the duel characters of the Blue Fairy / Mother Superior on ABC’s wildly successful series, Once Upon a Time. Of her portrayal, Keegan states;  "Playing the Blue Fairy ticks off several things on my actor list. I've always wanted to play something fantastical and certainly the powerful Blue Fairy hits that note with her wild jellyfish costume and her ability to change lives with one swoop of her wand." We shall be seeing more of the Blue Fairy this season with all the characters from Storybrooke. She is currently shooting both Once and Bates Motel.

Keegan has also been busy shooting features this year; she graces the big screen in Carl Bessai’s Bloodlines and Robert Redford’s The Company You Keep (an Official Selection at TIFF 2012). Keegan was hand picked by Redford himself to play the part of his secretary. Of working with the icon, Keegan says, "Everyone asks what he's like and I can only say generous, endearing, and ridiculously charming.  Even in his seventies - he's still got it!"

Keegan’s impressive body of work includes 40 Days and 40 Nights, Bruce Paltrow’s Duets, Final Destination 2, and White Noise with Michael Keaton. She has worked with a number of luminaries in both film and TV, including Ryan Gosling, Paul Giamatti, Josh Hartnett and Ginnifer Goodwin.

TV highlights include recurring character Jeanne on Battlestar Galactica, series regular Dr. Diane Hughes on Jake 2.0, and Audrey Malone on Beggars and Choosers. She has also recurred on The 4400 and Killer Instinct. Keegan recently filmed an episode as the ‘Weevil Queen’ in YTV’s teen comedy Mr.Young. Adept at both comedy and drama, she has excelled at both and won a Best Supporting Actress Leo Award for her portrayal as an addicted street kid in DaVinci’s Inquest. Additionally, she has several other Leo and Gemini Award ‘best actress’ nominations under her belt. Incidentally, she has also voiced ‘Whimsey’ in a My Little Pony film, holds a B.A. in Social Psychology, speaks fluent French and is a huge fan of MMA (Mixed Martial Arts).
