Darwin P Bromley is a game designer known for Empire Builder. Darwin co-founded Mayfair Games in 1981 and was the its President from 1982 to 1997. Darwin led Mayfair as it published its train games, card games, and RPGs (RoleAids, DC Heroes). Darwin started Mayfair re-publishing games from Europe, including Settlers of Catan.
