Annie Erskine is a cartoonist, comic book artist, illustrator, writer, graphic designer, etc. Basically, a jack of all trades. She's been drawing since she could hold a pencil and making comics since she was in high school. In 2007, she was hired to draw comics for the local newspaper of her hometown. From 2007 to 2010, she continued to work hard doing as many cartooning jobs as she could to get her name out there. In the fall of 2010, Erskine was contacted by a magazine in production in Lexington, KY, asking if she would like to join their group. In the winter of 2010, she began Happy Doodle Studios, a LLC to host all of her business and art ventures. She then created her comic book company, Ionic Comics. As a result of her experience doing cartooning and graphic design in her hometown as well as her passion for cartoons, comics, and graphic design, Erskine was hired on at Cartoon Network as an intern from January 2011 to August 2011. Currently, she's working freelance for Cartoon Network doing various graphic design and illustrative work while simultaneously working on her own comic book creation, Magia High.
