Professor Boggs (aka Larry Morris) has a respectable career in software engineering punctuated by outbreaks of insanity involving the realm of music. While his most chronic episodes involve the Celtic folk/sci-fi/humor band Emerald Rose, he also experiences severe geek fits that occasionally lead him to write songs on science themes: everything from Kepler's Laws to dichotomous keys. Attempts at desensitization therapy have been largely unsuccessful, but have produced two CD's as side effects: Mad Science Factory and Round the World With Science. These CDs have been inflicted upon several years' worth of middle school classrooms, with the resulting howls of "I can't get that stupid song out of my HEAD!" eliciting only knowing smirks from their science teachers.
