Mike Horner is a professional puppeteer and puppet builder. Since 2006 he has been the Associate Artistic Director for the Paul Mesner Puppets in Kansas City, MO. Mike is the creator of the Timey Wimey Puppet Show, a puppet web series celebrating the 50th Anniversary of Doctor Who.
