Skip Williams

Skip Williams, also known as the longtime "Sage" of Dragon Magazine fame, professes a love of old things: movies, books, airplanes, his Wisconsin farmhouse, and his wife, Penny (not necessarily in that order). Skip joined the hobby game industry in the mid 70s, working for TSR, Inc. from its early days. At TSR, Skip served as director of the Gen Con Game Fair, Associate Editor of Polyhedrom Newsizine, and designer/editor in the Dungeons & Dragons group. After TSR's Sale to Wizards of the Coast, Skip became a senior game designer and co-creator of the 3rd Edition D&D game. More recently, Skip has returned to his native Wisconsin, where he has published several short works of fiction and where he bends his efforts toward restoring a few acres of neglected farmland from a semi-wild state to something slightly more productive.
