Carol Goodman is the author of eight novels including The Lake of Dead Languages and The Seduction of Water, which won the 2003 Hammett Prize. Under the pseudonym Juliet Dark she is the author of The Demon Lover, which was named a top ten fantasy/sci fi book by Booklist.
