Any ringtone, recording, communication or material you transmit or post to this website by electronic mail or otherwise, including any recording of the voice or sound of pets, people or other objects, are and will be treated as, non-confidential and the property of Nestle Purina PetCare Company. Purina, or its affiliates, at its sole discretion, and without compensation to you, may use, not use, edit, adapt or modify any ringtone, recording, communication or material you post to the site for any purpose whatsoever including, but not limited to, transmission, reproduction, publishing, broadcasting, or posting in any medium whatsoever, such as on internet communications, as downloadable ringtones, for promotional materials, packaging, trade, or any other lawful purpose.

By submitting this recording I/we warrant and agree that:

1. I/we am/are of legal age and have every right to contract in my/our own name(s).
2. I/we am/are the creator(s) of the recording and the legal owner(s) of the copyright and any/all other proprietary rights to the recording; that I/we either own or have permission from the owner to use/record any pets, people or other objects heard in the recording; and that I/we have consent from any persons whose voice is heard in the recording.
