We’re making MyPerks more rewarding by simplifying the point structure, introducing a tiered membership system and creating better rewards.
You can earn points by submitting valid receipts for Cat Chow products. Points can also be earned through various engagement activities that will change throughout the year.
For every dollar spent on a Cat Chow product, members will receive 3 points ($1 = 3 points) upon successful receipt submission. Points for engagement activity will vary.
MyPerks will have four tiers. Everyone will begin at the Blue Tier. As you submit valid receipts from Cat Chow purchases, you can reach new tiers (Silver, Gold and Platinum) that offer different benefits.
As you move up the tier system, you’ll also be able to accrue points more quickly. Keep in mind, even though you can earn points by completing activities and submitting valid receipts, only dollars spent on Cat Chow products will count towards moving up in the tier system upon successful receipt submission.

Tiers are based on Cat Chow purchases made within the calendar year. Engagement activities do not count towards tier status.
Tier status qualification is based on the calendar year. Once a tier is reached, you will be able to enjoy the benefits of that tier for the remainder of that year plus the next calendar year. During that time, you will need to continue making Cat Chow purchases and uploading valid receipts in order to keep or elevate your tier status.
As of March 1, 2020, your current points will be converted to the simplified system. Every 100 points you have left in the current program will become 1 point. For example, if you have 10,000 points as of February 29th, you will have 100 points when the new system launches. But each point is more powerful and will go much farther to getting you the rewards you want.
Yes, any points you have earned through activities or purchases will expire if your account is inactive for 365 days.
The new program will launch in April 2020.
The MyPerks site will be down for maintenance March 1 through April 1. Submit your current codes by Feb. 29th. (Or, if you save your March receipts, you can add those points to your account in the new system.) We’re changing our rewards so if there are prizes you want, get them before Feb. 29th. Remember, your remaining point balance will transfer to the new system.
Yes. The MyPerks website will be unavailable in March 2020. Members will be able to login to the new program in April 2020.
Yes! Members can still earn points for purchases made on or after March 1, 2020. Be sure to save your receipts dated March 1 or after and upload them when the new program launches. There will not be any activity opportunities available during the blackout period.
If you already have a MyPerks account, you will not need to create a new account. Once the new site is live, simply log in using your current username and reset password. If you are not a current MyPerks member, you will have to create a new account.
