Pets at Work

Employees’ Pets Can Come to Work Too

One thing many of our employees will tell you they like about coming to work every day is getting to hang out with all the cats and dogs in our offices. We like having pets at work so much that we created a toolkit to help other companies make their offices more pet-friendly.

Supporting Employee Pet Adoption

Because we know firsthand the benefits of owning a pet, we provide all our employees with a benefit of $200 to assist with the various costs and fees of the pet adoption process.

Bringing Pets to Work is Beneficial for Employees

More inspiration and relaxation.
Having pets nearby can keep an employee relaxed and happy – making work better and more enjoyable.

Improved job satisfaction. Our employee surveys indicate that this program is a benefit for employees, and Human Resources believes it helps with retention.

More co-worker interaction. Pets add another layer of interaction between co-workers, and otherwise quiet employees can become more engaged when talking to a co-worker about their pets.
