Open Practice Sessions inside the Purina Event Center provide dog owners with a chance to hone their skills and take their game to the next level. For just $15 per person, you and your dog(s) can practice agility**, conformation, obedience and rally. (Trainers will not be provided)
**NOTE: No formal classes. Shoes must be worn at all times during practice sessions. No exceptions. No sitting on any agility equipment. The agility courses at practice sessions are intended ONLY for those with prior agility training and/or those currently enrolled in agility classes. Dogs must have a familiarity with the equipment, especially the contact equipment, in order to set them up for success and to keep them safe. If a dog is under the age of 9 months, then he/she is limited in what he/she can do in the agility ring. If under 9 months, dogs should not be on the contact equipment and they shouldn’t take jumps higher than 8".
Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned pro, we invite you to attend a practice session for the canine sport of diving dog at Purina Farms!
Choose between two different styles of practice session depending on your experience level:
NOTE: Beginner sessions are limited to 2 registrants per time slot and allow up to 2 dogs per registrant. Experienced jumper sessions are limited to 5 registrants per time slot and allow up to 2 dogs per registrant. Registrants are allowed a guest, but guests will not be permitted to jump a dog. Guests intending to jump dogs will need to register for an additional time slot online.
