Purina Rewards enables you to earn points on any cat and dog Purina product, including pet foods, treats and supplements! The following cat and dog brands are eligible for earning points in the Purina Rewards program: Alpo, Beggin’, Beneful, Busy, Cat Chow, Kitten Chow, DentaLife, Dog Chow, Puppy Chow, Fancy Feast, Friskies, Kit & Kaboodle, Moist & Meaty, ONE, Petivity, Pro Plan, Pro Plan Veterinary Diets, Tidy Cats, and Whisker Lickin’s.

Purina Rewards is our loyalty program for Purina consumers. You can earn points by purchasing eligible cat and dog Purina products at your favorite retailer, or by completing various activities in the myPurina app. Points earned can be redeemed for exclusive rewards.
Our loyal consumers are encouraged to download the myPurina app or sign up online at Purina.com. Users may earn points by scanning receipts for the purchase of eligible cat and dog Purina products or by completing various activities. From there, points may be redeemed for exclusive rewards.
This program is open to individuals who are residents of the United States and are at least eighteen (18) years old. Professional breeders, businesses, and institutional organizations (such as rescue groups, humane societies, or animal shelters) are not eligible to participate in the Purina Rewards.

There are two ways to earn points through Purina Rewards:
Uploading receipts: By purchasing eligible Purina products and submitting your receipts, you can earn points based on the total amount spent. Remember to follow the receipt submission guidelines mentioned earlier.
Completing activities: Periodically, the Purina Rewards program may offer additional activities or promotions that allow you to earn extra points. These activities can include using Pet Food Finder in the app and completing your pet’s profile. Keep an eye on our website and emails for additional opportunities.
Submitting a receipt is a crucial step in earning points through the myPurina App. To ensure a successful submission, follow these guidelines:
Capture a clear photo of your receipt or upload it from your smart phone or desktop.
Make sure the receipt includes essential information such as the retailer's name, date of purchase, purchased Purina items, and the price of the Purina products. While not mandatory, including the transaction number can be helpful.
Receipts are eligible for submission within 90 days from the purchase date.
After submitting your receipt, points will be processed and awarded within three business days.

Once you've accumulated enough points, you can redeem them for a variety of rewards. Visit the Purina Rewards section on the myPurina app or on Purina.com and browse through our catalog to see the available options. Rewards include Purina cat and dog products and a selection of cat and dog items. Simply select the reward you desire, follow the instructions to redeem, and enjoy your chosen reward.
All unredeemed points will automatically expire one year from the date they were added to your Account, at 11:59pm Central Time on the last day of the month in which they were earned. As you redeem your points for rewards, these points are taken from the earliest earning activities, and have different expiration dates based on when you earned them. It is important to keep redeeming points throughout the year, so that you do not lose them.
Example: You submit a receipt in May and earn 100 points, then in June you submit another receipt and earn 200 points. In August you redeem 200 of your points for a reward. We will first use the 100 points you earned in May and the remaining 100 points from June. This would leave you with a balance of 100 points. Those remaining 100 points do not expire until June 30th of the following year since those remaining points were first acquired in June.

Try signing in with your email address in all lowercase letters as a troubleshooting step. If the issue persists, please reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.
