Dr. Melanie’s Role at Purina
As Senior Manager of Quality at Purina, Dr. Melanie blends her veterinary expertise with quality excellence, ensuring that pet wellbeing remains at the heart of every product and program she touches. Through this role, she’s supported global innovation and renovation initiatives across R&D by leading a multidisciplinary team of scientific and veterinary experts. She currently leads laboratory and quality management at the Nestlé Purina Development Center.

- Served over a decade on her local animal shelter board
- Practiced in a busy small animal clinic, where she developed a strong interest in shelter medicine, community outreach and volunteerism
