Purina Helping Pets and People for Disaster Relief

Our hearts go out to the families and pets impacted by Hurricane Florence. Purina has partnered with to distribute $25,000 to support the people and pets throughout the Carolinas affected by the destruction of this disaster.

These funds will go directly toward disaster relief efforts to:  

  • Support immediate rescue efforts 
  • Provide much needed supplies 
  • Assist in rebuilding initiatives 

Through this donation and, these funds will directly help people and pets in need. We’re also proud to partner with the Petfinder Foundation, which provides grants to animal care organizations in areas affected by hurricanes, floods, wildfires and other emergency situations.

Purina’s Dedication to Supporting Communities in Need

Earlier this year, Purina made a $25,000 donation to aid in the California wildfire disaster relief efforts. In 2017, following the devastation caused by hurricanes Maria, Harvey and Irma, Purina donated nearly $60,000 and more than 350,000 pounds of pet food and litter to support people and pets in need.
